| Registering company in LithuaniaForming a Lithuanian limited-liability company, called an UAB, is the fastest, most convenient and cost-effective way for a foreign citizen to establish himself as a resident in Lithuania. UAB is required for any non-European citizen to get residence permit, purchase property in Lithuania. The minimum authorized capital for setting company in Lithuania is equal to 10'000 Lithuanian Litas (about 2'896 Euro), there is no maximum amount.
