To get TRP You will have to set up a company in European country (in our case in Lithuania or Poland). Detailed steps:
1. Customer should sign a contract with BUSINESS ON group about registering a company and provide us documents we need for starting the process of emigration to Europe (Lithuania, Poland). Customer should provide:
- copy of passport
- address of living
- approximate names of future company (it is better to provide 2-3 names)
- division of shares in case if a company has two or more share holders
2. Customer should pay 50% of the contract and lawyers of BON group begin company establishment.
3. We will prepare necessary documents and send you by e-mail, then you should sign them and send us back.
4. In 2-3 weeks BON group prepares pack of documents (including the proof of accommodation, Record from Centre of Registers about Managing Director and the Share holders)
5. Scanned copies of all documents will be sent to a Customer, Customer pays remaining 50% of BON fees according to the contract.
6. All needed originals documents will be sent by currier (DHL or TNT) to Customer.
7. Customer applies to Lithuanian consulate for multiple residence permit or visa with purpose of starting business. Residence permit gives the right to travel in all Schengen countries ( UK is not a part of Schengen).
