How to Register a New Company in Poland?

You just need to send us a copy of your passport, address, phone number and your email address to info@bon.lt, and then our attorney will contact you and specify what you should do next. We offer online services for convenience of our clients; we can send the documents directly to your home address anywhere in the world.
The sequence of actions is the following:
1 | You send us the documents and the required information (passport copy, your email, address, telephone number) by email info@bon.lt (it will take several minutes) |
2 | The Client pays an advance payment of 50% of total amount to initiate the process (it will take 1-3 days until we get money) |
3 | We prepare necessary documents for the Client to sign within a week and send them by email (up to 7 days) |
4 | The Client prints out the documents pursuant to the instruction, signs them, gets an approval of a notary and sends them back to us by a post courier (it will take 7 days until we get documents) |
5 | After we receive the documents, it takes about 2-3 weeks to arrange a full package of documents to the Client (up to 21 days) |
6 | When the documents are ready we scan them and send to the Client a business registration certificate by email and request the Client for the remaining payment of 50% of total amount (it could take up to 15 minutes) |
7 | The Client pays the remaining amount (it could take up to 3 days |
8 | Then we send the documents to the Client by express courier (it could take up to 3 days) |
You will have your Polish company documents, records in your own hands within approximately a month. If you want to shorten the process time - please come to our office and pick up the company’s documents on the same day.
